Cancellations and fee payment
You can make our day by being on time. If you are late, we may not be able to adequately service the subsequent customers and everyone has a bad day. If you are late your appointment may be shortened to accommodate others.
Cancellations or changes must be received at least 24 hours before the appointment time or there will be a minimum charge of $25 or higher depending on the length of the appointment missed ($75 per hour). First time clients will have to pay this cancellation fee before another appointment can be booked.
The fee can be paid online, simply contact us through the contact form and request an invoice.
Marcia’s policy regarding cancellations is strict. All cancellations or changes not received at least 24 hours in advance will be subject to a fee in the amount of the service booked. All new customers are required to book a consultation. If you choose Marcia as your practitioner, please be advised that all photos will be used at the practitioner’s discretion for educational purposes. Images will be cropped appropriately, and all identities concealed.
Online Pre-payment for yourself or as a gift for someone else
To make a payment to your own account, or if you would like to buy a gift certificate for someone, simply use our form to contact us. You may purchase or pay any amount, just describe what you need. If this is a gift for someone, please provide their name and email address. This service does not generate a discount.
Package and gift certificate usage
When you buy a package we want you to use it, but if you have unused treatments, this is our refund policy. You may receive a refund of the unused portion minus the percentage that the treatments you received were discounted (if applicable) within 2 years of purchase. You may transfer the balance of your credit to another individual.
Payment plans are available when you purchase a package. The payments are interest free but must be completed by the time 50% of the treatments have been received.
