Managing Your Appointments

Need to change or cancel your upcoming visit? You can easily manage your appointments 24/7 without needing to call or text the business. Choose the method below that works best for you.

Choose a Method to Manage Your Booking

Method 1: Use the Free Vagaro App

Downloading the Vagaro app is a fast way to track your appointments and rebook past services.

  1. Download the App: Search for Vagaro in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Log In: Open the app and log in to your client account.
  3. Open Your Profile: Tap the Profile icon or your initials in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  4. Select Appointments: Tap the Appointments tab to view your bookings.
  5. Modify Your Booking: Find your upcoming visit and select Reschedule to choose a new date or time, or select Cancel to cancel the booking.

Method 2: Use the Vagaro Website

If you prefer not to download the mobile app, you can securely access your appointment details through a web browser.

  1. Visit the Website:  Click on BOOK NOW on the website or go to Vagaro.com. 
  2. Access the Login Screen: On a computer, click Login in the top-right corner. On a mobile browser, open the menu and select Login.
  3. Enter Your Verification Code: Vagaro will send a verification code to your registered email address or phone number. Enter the code to complete the login process.
  4. Navigate to Your Bookings: Click your Profile icon or initials, then select Appointments from the menu.
  5. Update Your Appointment: Under the Upcoming tab, find your visit. Select Reschedule to choose another available time or Cancel to cancel your booking.

Self-Service Cut-Off Window

Online rescheduling and cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. For appointments longer than one hour, please allow 48 hours.

Locked Bookings

Appointments within our late-change window will no longer display the Reschedule or Cancel options. To make adjustments, please contact us directly at 204-779-0909.

Please note that late cancellations may be subject to a fee in accordance with our policy.
